C O M M O N O R D E R These Criminal Original Petitions are filed to transfer the cases in S.T.C.Nos.28 and 29 of 2024 pending on the file of the Fast Track Court, Ambattur, to the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Kangeyam. 2.According to the petitioner, the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of Judicial Magistrate Court, Kangeyam. Inadvertently, the complaint has been filed before the Fast Track Court, Ambattur. Hence, the petitioner seeks for transfer.

3.Considering the above, these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed and the cases in S.T.C.Nos.28 and 29 of 2024 pending on the file of the Fast Track Court, Ambattur, are withdrawn and transferred to the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Kangeyam. The transfer shall be effected within a period of one month from the date of this order. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam, is directed to dispose of the cases as expeditiously as possible.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has been appearing before the Fast Track Court, Ambattur all these days, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Kangeyam, is dispensed with except for receipt of copies, answering the charges, questioning under section 313 Cr.P.C./351 BNSS and on the date of pronouncing judgment and on any other dates as fixed by the trial Court. 22.09.2025 mkn Internet : Yes Index : Yes / No Speaking order : Yes / No To 1.The Fast Track Court, Ambattur.
