When it has been pointed out by Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent that the First Respondent has already forwarded the proceedings in Na. Ka. No. A4/4607/16 dated 20.10.2016, 20.12.2016, 07.03.2017, 09.06.2017 and on 04.08.2017 to the District Collector, Chennai for recovery of the amount due as arrears of land revenue under the Revenue Recovery Act, 1890, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the District Collector, Chennai for recovery of the amount due from the Second Respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
