Writ Praying that in the Circumstances stated therein, and in the affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to the 3rd respondent to renew the license of the Petitioner i.e. licence no. 6/89-90 dated 11.7.89 for possession of molasses for the manufacture of cattle feed for the excise year 2002-2003.

JUDGMENT

(Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The Writ Appeal is directed against an interim order, whereas the main writ petition itself has been disposed of. Learned Government Pleader, accordingly, prays that the Writ Appeal may be permitted to be withdrawn. A letter dated 26.11.2019 has already been circulated in this regard and an endorsement is also made to that effect.

The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, consigned to records. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, C.M.P.No.25145 of 2019 is closed.
