3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.08.2024, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed.

4. In view of the above submission, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
