C.M.P.No.15841 of 2017 in C.M.A. SR.41674 of 2017 V.M.VELUMANI,J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 129 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no relief is sought against the 3rd respondent, who is the owner of the vehicle. The respondents 1 and 2/claimants died and 4th respondent was impleaded as legal heir of the deceased respondents 1 and 2.

3.Mrs.Ramya V.Rao, learned counsel takes notice for the 4th respondent and submitted that the 4th respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 129 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
