ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 498A, 294B, 352 IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prevention Harassment of Women Act in C.C.No.187 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam, 1/4
Tiruppur District in connection with Crime No.4 of 2023, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police that final report in this case already been filed and only summons has been issued to the petitioner herein.
3. Since summons been issued, there is no apprehension of arrest at this point of time, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. He is at liberty to get bail from concerned court on appearance before the trial Court if necessary.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 22.09.2025 Vv To 2/4
