The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2016 and enhance the compensation.

2. Mr. A. Rajkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has e given his representation as early as on 20.06.2016, the 1st respondent has not passed any order sofar.

3. Ms.A.Mathumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that in the event of the petitioner giving fresh representation to the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), the same shall be considered in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers

accordance with law.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that three weeks time may be granted to the petitioner to give fresh representation to the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition).

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I grant three weeks time to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), seeking for enhancement of the compensation and on receipt of the same, the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition) shall pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of the representation.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
