The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for the records in Crime No.430 of 2019 pending on the file of the Inspector of police, F-2 Egmore Police Station, Chennai and quash the same and pass such or further orders as it may deem fit in the interest of Justice.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the 1 st respondent submitted that on investigation, the complaint lodged against the petitioner in Cr.No.430 of 2019 has been closed as 'mistake of fact'.
