This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25312 of 2022 on 19.10.2022 to report before the committal Court on all working days at 10.30a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the trial court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
