The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.32 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 354, 506(2) IPC, 5(I) r/w 6 of Protection of Children Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he has been falsely implicated as an accused in this case. Apprehending arrest from the respondent police, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) stated that the petitioner had relationship with the victim child. But however, the statement under Section 164(5) Cr.P.C of the victim girl had been recorded and it is found that the petitioner had committed aggravated sexual assault against her. gd 4.Taking into consideration of all the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
