By letter dated 13.03.2023, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem, sought extension of time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.1 of 2012 on his file. Therefore, time is extended by a further of period twelve weeks to dispose of the above said case.
2.Further the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem sought for clarification as to whether the said case could be tried by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem or the same has to be transferred to the Judicial Magistrate, who is having local jurisdiction, in the light of this Court's order dated 10.05.2012 in Crl.OP.No.7520, 7521 of 2012 & 1157 of 2010. 3.The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem is hereby required to go through the order passed by this Court on 10.05.2012 in Crl.OP.No.7520, 7521 of 2012 & 1157 of 2010 and to obey the order. The letter addressed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem is deprecated, since she cannot ask for clarification of judicial order, which is self explanatory and she is bound to follow the same.

4.The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem is hereby warned and in future she shall not indulge in such kind of activities. The letter seeking clarification of the judicial order is totally unnecessary as the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem, has to follow the judicial order. 09.06.2023 sai Note:
