The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.103 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982, r/w 7(1)(a)(ii) of E.C.Act, 1955.

2. It is stated that the petitioner was found in possession of 1200kgs of PDS Rice. There are four previous case against the petitioner herein.

3. In view of that particular fact, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
