PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to effect the agricultural electricity service connection to the petitioner's open well and bore well in the lands situated in S.Nos.691/7A2 and for bore well situated in S.No.691/8B, Punjaikalamangamam-B, Modakurichi Taluk, Erode District without insisting the petitioner to produce consent letters from the respondents 3 and 4 by getting undertaking from the petitioner as per the terms and conditions of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Act .
