ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition in order dated 28..06.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.524 of 2022 imposed by the learned Special Judge for EC/NDPSAct cases, Salem.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court below enlarged the petitioner on bail on a condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, for a like sum and the sureties should be blood related sureties from the State of Odisha, and they should produce documents, to prove their ownership of the property to satisfaction Court concerned. However, the petitioner has come before this Court for modification of the condition since the family members of the petitioners are down trodden and not having any properties in their name.

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by the learned learned Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act cases, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.524 of 2022 dated 28.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, for the like sum and the sureties should be blood related sureties from the State of Odisa acceptable and reliable sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction Court concerned. All other conditions remain unaltered.
