This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 181 days in filing the criminal appeal in Crl.A.No. of 2024 against CC.No.124 of 2020 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tindivanam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, respondents 2 & 3 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 181 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
