[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU,J.] This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner and her daughter A.Monisha that they belong to "Kuichchan (ST) Community" based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner's own brother M.Sivakumar which was confirmed by the State Level Scrutiny committee in Proceedings No.14498/CV-3 (2)/2017-7, dated 11.03.2023 and other family members 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the Community Certificate has already been issued. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
