ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant a further period of six months time to complete the investigation and file a final report as directed by this Court in order dated 10.07.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.16246 of 2024.

2. This Court, by an order dated 10.07.2024 passed an order directing the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.55 of 2023 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. Now, the petitioner has filed this petition for extension of time to comply with the said order.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after registration of FIR in Crime No.55 of 2023, the respondent conducted a detailed investigation and filed a final report before the concerned Court. He further submits that the referred charge sheet notice was also served to the petitioner on 30.01.2025. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the first respondent.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
