ORDER
The prayer in the present writ petition seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in the post of Noon Meal Organizer in Panchayat Elementary School Kattuvalavu Pocharampatty, Pennagaram Panchayat Union, Dharmapuri District cannot be maintained since the petitioner's earlier appointment in the month of November 2017 was already challenged by the fourth respondent in W.P.No.32027 of 2017 and by an order dated 21.06.2023 the petitioner's appointment was set aside. Hence the prayer in the main writ petition does not survive. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the cancellation of the order, the only option available to him is to prefer an intra-court appeal.
