ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct survey in survey number 104/1B, situated at Trichy Main Road, Poonthottam limit, Villupuram by considering the petitioner's on-line application No.2022/0105/07/412964 dated 12.08.2022.

2. The petitioner in respect of his property at S.No.104/1B at Trichy Main Road, Poonthottam limit, Villupuram District had given an application on 12.08.2022 to survey the land and to identify the four boundaries.

2. However, since no action has been taken on his application, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.D.Dayalan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who reiterated the aforesaid and seeks indulgence of this Court.

Heard Mrs.N.Senthil Selvi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, who would submit that the said application submitted by the petitioner would be considered and the needful would be undertaken after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents herein within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for herein and having regard to the said stand taken by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents and in view of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, having dispensed with the service of the private respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders:

That there shall be a direction to the second and third respondents to act upon on the application of the petitioner dated 12.08.2022 to survey the land of the petitioner after giving notice to both the petitioner as well as the private respondents and the needful shall be undertaken by the official respondents within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
