] This petition is filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file third party Appeal as against the order dated 02.07.2024 in W.P.No.26851 of 2023.

2.Mr.B.Vijay, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.This petition is filed by a person at whose instance proceedings have been initiated for attachment of property under Section 105C of Code of Criminal Procedure. It is in these circumstances, the impugned order allowing the writ petition in W.P.No.26851 of 2023 is likely to affect the interest of the petitioner.

4.Therefore, leave is granted and this petition is ordered.
