ORDER

In continuation of the earlier order passed by this Court on 25.08.2023, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation in both the cases in Crime No.531/2015 and Crime No.538/2015 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Vellore. As regards Crime No.538/2015, charge sheet has been filed for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.13262 of 2023 on 07.09.2023, which is pending committal. As regards Crime No.531/2015, charge sheet has been filed for the offences under Section 294(b), 427 and 506(i) IPC in E.filing No.13265 of 2023 dated 07.09.2023.

2. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners also does not seriously dispute the same. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 08.09.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Lm 2/4
