This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11363 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12563 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024, by this Court to report before the respondent police daily morning and evening for a period of three months.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. He would further submit that investigation is still pending and the petitioner is having 17 previous cases against him.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11363 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12563 of 2024 dated 1/3

29.08.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
