This writ petition has been filed for direction to consider the petitioner's representations dated 18.10.2024 and 29.10.2024 pending before the first respondent within the time limit fixed by this Court. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to the consider the petitioner's representations dated 18.10.2024 and 29.10.2024 and, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, to pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till then, the third respondent is directed to maintain 'status quo'. 3.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
