ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.4 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, W-27, All Women Police Station, Vadapalani, Chennai - 26, and quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed in S.C.No.219 of 2022 before the Mahila Court, Allikulam, Chennai.
4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as
infructuous.
