Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records pertaining to the order of detention passed in C.O.C.No.29 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent and set aside the same and directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's son byname Siyam, Son of Karthianthony, aged about 19 years before this Court , now confined in District prison, Nagapatttinam and set him at liberty.
