ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 19.07.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.19292 of 2024, thereby the respondents were directed to disburse subsistence allowance and other benefits to the petitioner within a time frame.

2. It is seen that against the orders passed in the aforesaid writ petition, the respondents filed writ appeal in WA.No.384 of 2025, which was disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court on 21.02.2025.

3. Therefore, in view of the judgment passed in the aforesaid writ appeal, this contempt petition is closed.
