The petitioner who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.80 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on a false promise the petitioner along with other accused received a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- from the defacto complainant to secure him a job in the Western Railway Department and cheated him. Hence, the complaint. 3.When the matter came up for hearing on 06.01.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In order to give an opportunity the matter was adjourned. Today when the matter came up for hearing there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
