This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25785 of 2022 order dated 28.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the charge sheet and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
