Having heard the learned Government Pleader for R1 R4 and R5 and learned counsel for R6 and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit, filed in support of the Petition, we order this Civil Miscellaneous Petition and condone the delay of 201 days in filing the restoration.
