ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.7 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent/Police 1 / 3

and quash the same.

2. The petitioners had not filed Proof of Service in respect of service of notice on the second respondent.

3. Prima-facie, there are allegations against the de-facto complainant (second respondent's son), namely Minor Deepak.

4. Hence, the first respondent/Police is directed to expedite the investigation and file charge-sheet/final report before the concerned Juvenile Justice Board.

5. With the above observations and direction, this Crl.O.P. is disposed of.
