ORDER
The learned Government Advocate submitted that as against the order passed in the Writ Petition, the respondents have preferred an appeal in W.A.No.1885 of 2025 and the same came to be dismissed today, in which the Hon'ble Division Bench has granted three months to the contemnors to comply with the order passed in the Writ Petition. He also submitted that they will comply with the order within the time stipulated by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be entertained, since the Hon'ble Division Bench has already taken cognizance of the matter and had also extended the time for compliance.
