This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking seeking to implead the petitioner as proposed 6th respondent in the above Appeal.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for petitioner/proposed respondent would submit that as the petitioner, being a Assigner, who obtained deed of Assignment of Court decree dated 07.10.2021 and the same was registered vide document No.7034 of 2022 before the S.R.O., Kangeyam, he wanted to implead himself as 6th respondent in the above appeal. Accordingly, he filed the above petition.

3. Mr.V.Kadhirvelu, learned counsel for respondents 2 to 5 appeared and submitted his no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reason stated in the affidavit seems to be justifiable one, this Court is inclined to allow these petition and to implead the petitioner as 6th respondent in the above Appeal.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the above Appeal Suit and post the matter on 06.10.2023. 07.09.2023 rpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
