C.M.P.Nos.26044, 26047 & 26045 of 2019 C.M.P.Nos.26044, 26047 & 26045 of 2019 in S.A.No.1290 of 2008 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.26044 of 2019 has been filed to condone the delay of 1266 days in filing application to bring on record the respondents 2 to 7 herein as legal heirs of the first respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.26047 of 2019 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 2 to 7 herein as legal heirs of the first respondent in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.26045 of 2019 has been filed to set aside the order of abatement of second appeal as against the first respondent.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

5. Though notice has been served on the proposed respondents 2 to 7 and their names are also printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them, either in person or through counsel.
