Heard Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Neduncheliyan, learned standing counsel for the respondent.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the notice issued by the respondent dated 28.04.2004, in and by which, TASMAC license granted to the petitioner was cancelled.

3. It is seen that when the matter was taken up on 08.06.2004 for admission, no interim order was granted. Therefore, by efflux of time, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No Costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
