These applications have been necessitated in view of the demise of the 2nd and 4th plaintiffs.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to order these petitions.

4. Accordingly these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to number the First Civil Revision Petitions, if it is otherwise in order and post the main cases for admission.
