This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.122 of 2017 pending on the file of the Learned Sub Judge, Pudukottai and to transfer the same to the Family Court at Chennai.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the matter has been settled out of Court and hence seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
