Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition to amend the Satisfaction Court as "XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai instead of "XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai" and the same was ordered.

2. Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready.
