This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22370 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024, by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition. She would further submit that investigation has been completed and the final report is ready and the respondents are likely to file it before the Fast Track Court (Exclusively to deal with the offences under POCSO Act Cases), Puducherry.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22370 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Fast Track Court (Exclusively to deal with the offences under POCSO Act Cases), Puducherry, on the first working day of December 2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Fast Track Judge, Pudhcerry.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
