This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure to withdraw the case i.e. O.P.No.988 of 2017 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District, to be tried along with the Petition in H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2017 pending on its file.
