ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for wilful disobedience of the order dated 09.11.2021 passed in WP.No.16909 of 2021 by this court, thereby the respondent was directed to 1/4

mutate the revenue records in respect of the subject properties in the above writ petition, in favour of the petitioner within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent produced the Government Order in GO(Ms).No.143 Revenue & Disaster Management Department Urban Land Ceiling Wing, ULC-II(1) Section dated 18.03.2025, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.16909 of 2021 dated 09.11.2021 has been complied with by the aforesaid Government Order.

3. In view of the aforesaid Government Order, this contempt petition is closed.
