Crl.M.P.No.15433 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12041 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12041 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024, by this Court to appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. He would further submit that investigation is still pending and the petitioner is having one previous case against the petitioner.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12041 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024 is modified to the 1/3

effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
