ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2022 on merits.

2. It is the case of the Writ Petitioner that the 11 members committee appointed to manage the Chan Masthan Dargah and Karbarsthan Wakf, Trichy, misappropriated the wakf income, and also misused of the property of the above wakf and no order of re-appointment or renewal of the tenure period of the committee is passed by the Wakf Board. Therefore the petitioner made a representation to the respondents. Despite several requests, the Respondents have not considered the same. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr. C. Shankar learned Counsel appearing for the Wakf Board takes notice on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that the Respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2022 on merits and in accordance with law. 2/4

4. In such view of the matter, the Respondents 1 and 2 shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2022 and take necessary action as per law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
