ORDER

This Wit Petition has been filed challenging the order of the 1st Respondents in Proceedings ROC. 246/2019/A1 dated 26.9.2019 and quash the

same as illegal, unconstitutional, without Jurisdiction and against the Provisions of Tamil Nadu Cinemas (regulation) Act.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the order impugned herein is the consequence of the interim order dated 25.09.2019 in W.P.No.6035 of 2019 and final order itself has been passed on 10.01.2024 in the aforesaid Writ Petition and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
