O R D E R

The captioned writ petition has been filed assailing the impugned order of the 4th respondent in letter No. Misc. dated 18.09.2017, and to quash the same as illegal, incompetent, irregular, and without jurisdiction, and further to direct the 4th respondent to unfreeze the bank account.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner's bank account has been unfrozen and it is now operative, and nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 2/4

3. In light of the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
