No.207 of 2016 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Kanchipuram and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Trichy. For Petitioner : M/s.Om Sairam in both Cases For Respondent : No appearance in both Cases COMMON ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both the petitions, seeks the permission of the court, to withdraw both the petitions. He has also made the following endorsement in the case bundles.

"It is submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition in view of parties filed 13(B) HMA Act petition."

2. Recording the endorsement, both the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petitions are closed.
