The Special Tribunal for Cooperative cases and Others in W.A.No.4021 of 2019, a Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is alone maintainable and not a Writ Petition. The Division Bench Judgment has also been placed on record before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. However, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents seeks time to get instructions.
