Crl.M.P.No.19305 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25330 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.Nos.25330 & 25332 of 2022 by common order dated 27.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before respondent Police on the 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also appear all the trial Court hearings without fail.
