COMMON ORDER The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has placed before this Court the orders passed by the respondents, by which, the common order dated 10.11.2022 passed in i) W.P. No.23381 of 2022 filed by Kamesh Kanth, ii) W.P. No.23402 of 2022 filed by M.Sumathy and iii) W.P. No.23387 of 2022 filed by M.Mangalakshmi have been duly complied with.

2. Since the common order dated 10.11.2022 in respect of the petitioners in these contempt petitions have been duly complied with by the respondents by passing final orders, nothing survives for further adjudication in these contempt petitions. Accordingly, these contempt petitions are closed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would however submit that insofar as the remaining petitioners, who are parties to the common order dated 10.11.2022 in W.P. No.23381 of 2022 etc. batch are concerned, till date, in respect of those petitioners, the said order have not been complied with.

4. It is made clear that if they are aggrieved they have to file a separate contempt petition and they cannot seek relief in these contempt petitions.
