Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of
India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give the necessary police protection to the petitioner, his company staffs and workers to complete the project of Chathankulam project and developers private limited in Chathamkulam Kadambari at 101, Maheswari Nagar, Second Street, Thanneerpanthal Road, Pellamedu, Coimbatore 642 004.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his staff members.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Admittedly, the petitioner is a power holder to develop the property admeasuring 11730 sq.ft. comprised in T.S.NO.126/2, 126/3, Ward No.25, Block No.19 of Coimbatore Corporation. However, there
is a dispute between the power holder and the principal, pursuant to which the power of attorney has been cancelled by the principal. Therefore, the petitioner cannot proceed to deal with the property including to develop the same. The complaint lodged by the petitioner has also been closed.
4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief. No costs.
