This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondent-2/petitioner as 2nd respondent in the above revision.

2.The learned Senior counsel appearing for the revision petitioner has got no objection for allowing this implead petition. His limited objection is that he can be heard under Section 401(2) of Cr.P.C. but not to take this as reason and file additional petitions and further drag on the proceedings. He further submitted that the impleaded petitioner is representing before all other forums, stating that the complaint of the petitioner is closed as mistake of fact, causing adversity to the revision petitioner. The impleaded second respondent's counsel submits, no such unwanted representations are made. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the implead petition is ordered. 16.11.2023 (1/2) rsi Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
